IBMA Awards Grant To Kids Camp

Summergrass San Diego sends a big Southern California thank you to the IBMA Foundation for selecting Summergrass 2019 Kids Camp as one of their grant recipients for this year. Their support is greatly appreciated.

Both the IBMA and Summergrass share the value of passing bluegrass music on to others. It’s heartwarming to see the all the deserving grant recipients, and to know that we are one of the many rich and varied bluegrass programs taking place around the globe.

As we endeavor to reach more children to attend our camp each year, the IBMA grant will make this goal more attainable as we are able to offer more scholarships. This will surely garner rich musical rewards for the children, and our bluegrass genre as a whole. That said, we are looking forward to a successful camp this August 16-17-18, 2019!
