Camping At The Festival
There is plenty of onsite dry camping at the beautiful Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum at 2040 N Santa Fe Avenue, Vista, CA. We hope you’ll choose to camp with us – we know you’ll enjoy it!

Purchasing Camping
To guarantee you will have a spot, it is best to secure your camping in advance. However, you may purchase your camping directly at the main gate when you arrive.
Your camping purchase includes
- five nights (Wednesday through Sunday)
- dry camping in the Main, West or Quiet (generator free) campground
Unless you are purchasing an electric site, you may specify which campground you prefer when you arrive. Electric sites are in the Main Campground only. All campsites are available first come, first served.
Purchasing In Advance
To receive the best pricing on Summergrass tickets and camping – order in advance. Go to our tickets page for secure advance ticketing for Dry Camping, 1-, 2-, and 3-Day Festival Passes and Summergrass Bluegrass Camp for Kids registration.
All guests on your site MUST have a paid admission to Summergrass for the day(s) they are onsite. No one is allowed in the campground at any time without a festival wristband. A Summergrass volunteer will place your call in the queue in the order it is received; first call, first reserved.
Please note: There are a very limited number of electric spaces available and they are in high demand. You should not expect to be able to purchase electrical hook-up at the gate.
